Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Trinity Church, 9/11 Memorial and Museum, Madison Square Garden, Empire State Building
The Statue of Liberty stands 305 feet high. The seven triangles which form her crown represent the seven seas that immigrants traveled to come to America. The torch lights the way for them, the broken chains at her feet represent freedom and she holds the Declaration of Independence. She was a gift from the people of France in 1886 and was designed by French sculptor Frederic Bartholdi. Sculpture representing the arriving immigrants. New York Museum....Night at the Museum. The Wall Street Bull. Food here is paid by weight, each of the meals came close to $8.00. Water was a must, very hot today. The two 'reflecting on absence' pools sit in the exact footprints of where the Twin Towers once stood with the names of all people who lost their lives around its edges, due to the attacks of both 9/11 and in 1993... nearly 3000 people lost their lives. The water is heated...
